The ASL Interpreters they provided had a bad attitude towards the special needs children we had at our 162 child special needs kids camp for a well known non-profit. We were extremely disappointed in this company and we did not receive any kind of discount for their workers' awful behavior/attitude towards the children. They worked one day of the 3 day event and did not come back. All children, special needs or not, deserve to be treated kindly and with respect. I would leave 0 stars if able. The interpreter did not show and blamed traffic. Traffic is not an acceptable excuse when in a big city and a known 8AM appointment time.
I worked with Marisol for a large project over a 2 month span. She was absolutely Amazing. Very professional, quick replies via e-mail and timely translation. My attorney complimented the professional translation. Would highly recommend
