I have much to report around this man, Tom from A Focus Fireplace! I’m a single older woman that was taken advantage of, treated with an amazing amount of disrespect (beyond disrespect!), and verbally abused. Tom 100% purposely damaged an electrical component in my fireplace that was not broken! I replaced this component 12 months ago.. brand new!
