Not sure how they run there buisness but if you give clients the option to order online you shouldn't give false options, timelines and ETA. I ordered a designers bouquet and filled out everything online with pick up option and set time. Very disappointing to receive a email less than an hour prior to pick up time stating that my order was canceled stating that delivery was unavailable when I didn't even choose delivery. I spoke to someone at the store. Asked them to send a plant to a funeral in Elgin. They assured me they would get the plant to the funeral home on time. I gave my credit card info. Few days later the card was used in Elgin at a whataburger! When I called to let them know my card info had been stolen she said she'd check into it. Never heard back from them. Now I find out the plant I ordered and paid for was never delivered!! I have tried contacting this establishment and the phone says the mailbox is full. This is very frust... read more

Their website allowed me to order a candy bouquet for delivery same day and didn't mention anything about a 24 hour turn around time for those items. It turns out it was canceled without my knowledge and the only reason I knew about it was because I called the shop to verify the delivery. I'd recommend to them to update their website or put some sort of disclaimer for 'specialty' orders. Very disappointed right now.
