The owner does not listen to request. I asked for a brown and white roses with greenery. I go none of that and gave her a budget of 80 dollars cost me almost 100 dollars. I could not talk more poorly about the quality and the communication skills of the owner. She said thanks for shopping local like I am the only person that buys from.her. but do not buy i asked for money back she said no
I wanted to have flowers sent and since I live a few hours away I called this florist. The flowers were delivered after lunch and all seemed well. However, what I found out later was that they tried an earlier delivery and the flowers looked so bad that the receptionist refused to accept them and sent them back to be replaced. The end result was fine and my girlfriend was happy with them but this place gets 2 stars for trying to pull this stunt to begin with.
