Bad communication. Needed something sent out today as my mother is in the hospital. They just cancel the order instead of trying to work with me. Now I'm not sure if my mom will get flowers when she wakes up from me because I live hours away and cannot go and bring them myself and am already dealing with the guilt and stress of that.
Wonderful experience from start to finish and beautiful arrangement with same-day delivery. Mrs. Deborah is a gem!
