Sophia and Owner ( Mr Flores ) are amazing! I cannot say enough about their customer service and integrity. They literally would not allow me to pay for something unless, they were confident that my son’s vehicle needed it. It is so hard to find an honest shop and genuinely feel taken care of. Highly recommended!
The owner, Carlos I believe, helped me out with selling me tow tires and getting all four aligned correctly , that another nearby shop didn't. He was honest and helpful and cares for his customers. His team was friendly and patient as well. Hoping to make my Toyota live to 250k (at least🤣)
Absolutely terrible customer service. The receptionist had an extremely poor attitude and was unable, or simply unwilling, to answer basic questions. It’s important to understand that customer service plays a major role in a business’s reputation and success. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.
lied about price hidden fees terrible customer service do not recommend please stay away & how hard is it to be upfront and honest
Evaporator core Dodge truck the complete dash has to be pulled they had the best price it usually takes one to two days called me 6 hours later job was done AC was cold
