Great work
Had them install carpet upstairs in 3 rooms, hallway and office. After 16 months the office carpet had 3 large ripples. I reached out to Carmen who stated she would have someone come stretch it. They did not show due to weather and quit replying when asked when they could come fix it. I had a carpet installer look at it and found that the carpet was glue down for concrete.
