Diabolical customer service
A First Impression did a fantastic job. I really couldn’t be happier with their work. The price was great and they only charged us exactly what they quoted. They really put so much extra detail into the chairs that I brought them. They even made some recommendations that made all the difference. They really know their stuff. I will be back to use them for any of my future upholstery needs.
I am so happy with the service and quality of work I received here. I had a few dining room chairs that were badly in need of repair. I worked with A First Impression and got an estimate and picked up the fabric. It only took them a few weeks and when I got my chairs back they looked incredible. I highly recommend A First Impression. Their team does fantastic work and they’re very reasonably priced.
When a company that goes above and beyond like this they deserve a positive review. I had a hole ripped in my sofa during a party and was referred to A First Impression. They were able to make it look better than it ever had. They were able to match the fabric perfectly and they did it very quickly. I just really appreciate good service like this. Thanks guys.
A First Impression is a great bunch of people and they do great work. I have used them several times and recently had them repair my sectional. Their work is awesome and they give you such great input when it comes to deciding on the fabrics and style you want. I really look forward to having them do continued work for us.
