Horrible communication - does not respond to any messages. Tried to book a job three times, read my messages with no responses.
They did an incredible job repainting my entire home. They took special care to repaint my cabinets, removing all hardware and replacing it so no paint splattered. They kept my home meticulously clean, came when they promised to, and finished ahead of schedule. When the bill came, there were no surprises and the final invoice matched the estimate. I highly recommend Alvaro and A+ Painting.
I submitted a request for quote via their web site and included pictures of the job. Never got a quote. I finally reached someone over the phone and they promised to reach out and schedule an on site quote. Again, never heard from them. Poor customer service and follow through.
This company is a fraud I don't know why there is positive feedback. A young kid came over looked at the project I needed to have done told me it would be $500 asked for a check for 250 never left me a Business card or anything with the company's name on it. Started to think about it and check the name of the company and where it is located nonexistent !!!!!!
I got a quote for a minor repair a week ago. I have been trying to get into touch with someone to go over the quote with me as well as to schedule the repair. I called 3 time so far and am just told that they will take my name number and a message and have a tech call me back. I haven’t heard anything up to this point.
