Justin is our absolute favorite!!! He is knowledgeable as well as patient and kind. We have received great service at this branch. We find the employees there to be very good at their jobs. Wouldn't want to handle my banking anywhere else.

Asked for help to send a duplicate card for a misplaced card (not stolen) and after doing business with the credit union as a teacher for 16+ years will be taking my business elsewhere. Service representative and supervisors decided to not only NOT allow me to simply request a new debit card with the same number but also added the fact that they would now BLOCK my card completely!!!!
