so I got a lot of money stolen from my debit card account and they denied my dispute because they said the chip was used so they cannot verify that it was stolen. I didn't get ANY of it back even though they say you will lose no more than 500 guaranteed. So I go to make a police report and the police need a statement of the dates and transactions to include the dates of the actual transaction and not just when the charge shows up or is accepted. and I call the bank for this and they say they can't give it to me, that's not h... read more
Overall , good experience in opening the joint account , but felt the employee who was helping us open a joint account asked too many personal questions where we both felt uncomfortable . Example , how did you meet , how long have you known each other . We were both over 60 and felt her questions were inappropriate and totally irrelevant .
No ATM outside. It was a complete waste of time.
