I paid fassbender plumbing to water jet my mainline and provide a video inspection of the completed task. Neither of the requested tasks were completed. I still do not have the video and I had to hire another plumber to actually unclog the drain. The company was rude and unprofessional, basically stole 650$ from me. I’d love to hear what they have to say because this is the absolute truth

Very unprofessional from the get-go from contacting them to lack of communication. It came over once said it had it cleared. Ask him about their warranty they said 30 days. Two days later had to call them back took forever to get there then found out later on they charge me again telling me there was a dip in the line and will happy to go ahead and tunnel and charge be exorbitant fees.
