Outstanding!! – I had a wonderful experience with A Fare Extraordinaire. They were there for me through every step, from the first phone call, until my last guest left. I made an initial call and gave them the basic information for my event and they called me right back to begin creating an estimate and menu. The Straw that Broke the Camel's Back – I have had several events concocted by this company. Up until this past year, we got wonderful reviews from most of our guests. Now the reviews are completely embarrassing. While I was wondering why the liquor wasn't displayed, I made a little jaunt behind one of our bars to find the liquor was being consumed by the bartender. Less Bang for More Buck – Do not use this caterer for your function unless you want to be ripped off. They are inconsiderate and are only out to make money for themselves. They did not care about my event, would not return my calls, incorrect menu, and still charged me 12% more than the original estimate when my guest count actually decreased by 5. When I questioned this, I was rudely told that the original price was only an estimate. Do I seriously have to give them 1 star? Not worth it!
Great event planning, outstanding food!! – The presentation of the food was outstanding, the linens were beautiful and the staff were on top of it all. If you want an elegant and professionally handled event they are defiantly the way to go!!!
