Rick came out today to do a winter tune-up on my furnace. He was outstanding! Extremely knowledgeable and very personable! I will now only request Rick for all my service and maintenance needs. A Fare Day Plumbing came out to check on our thermostat and air temperature a few weeks after installing a new unit. Walked us through some settings and explained when and why we should change them from time to time. Adjusted a water flow issue and explained process along the way. Great customer service.
Justin replaced a bad capacitor on our main AC unit which failed and recommended and replaced another that was on the brink of failure. He gave all the compressors a once over and cleaned the filters on our mini-split unit which they installed 5 years ago. I highly recommend Justin and A Fare Day Plumbing for all your HVAC needs. We’ve used them a few times. They are professional, prompt and reasonably priced. It’s a pleasure knowing we can count on them!!!
We had some condensation lines that were clogged up, and needed them cleared ASAP to prevent flooding. Adam came out and cleared the lines, but also added a PVC union near both air handlers to be sure that servicing them in the future was much easier. I do a lot of my own work, so I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty working on my own AC from time to time. I checked his work, and everything was top notch. Fair price, quality work, and great professionalism from the tech. Highly recommend and will use them in the future.
Tom was excellent with his checks. He was knowledgeable and willing to explain details about my units what went wrong costs how to repair it future maintenance- everything. He is professional and easy to work with. The lady in the office was excellent at identifying what I needed when I explain to her - she was kind and helpful. I will Definitely use this company again
