update to my earlier negative review - there had been some sort of miscommunication at their end which explains why they denied any warranty and never called back. I did reach out to them again and they shortly fixed the issue ( which does appear to have heen installation-related.) The tech and supervisor they sent this time were excellent.
My Dad is an elderly gentleman who had put off fixing things in his house for quite a while. Fargundes sent Steve to give us estimates two days after I called!!!! Steve was professional, kind, respectful of my Dad’s need to hear and understand what was being said to him. Steve just adapted! Their prices are extremely reasonable, and they were ready to get the work done the following week! I recommend Fargundes Heating and Plumbing without reservation!
I had my furnace tuned up before the cold set's in, the Fagundes team did once again an excellent job! I would definitely recommend them for any heating or plumbing needs! I made a sevice call recently, and they are very responsive and right on time, and yes fixed the problem quickly!
Brett did a great job adding the new ducts to the attic for the heating and air condionting syst em. He installed and explained the new Ecobee thermostat.
