We were very pleased with the quick response to our call after our hot water heater shut down. Larry, our technician, was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Repair was completed and explained to our total satisfaction. We considered the charge for parts and labor fair. We strongly recommend this company.
Jeff did an amazing job helping get my water heater fixed! Did a lot of hard work trying to find parts and get it done in a timely manner for me. Very kind and helpful and would definitely go through them again!

Team A & F, I cannot begin to express my gratefulness to Leah, Linda, Lousie, Kayla, Nick and Mr. J himself for the world class workmanship, communications, professsionalism and all around good peeps. Had a new hot water heater installed, and a hot water line repaired. Nick initially came out to see if the hot water heater could be repaired under warranty. The unit needed to be replaced.
