Customer service is good. Cody is always nice, detailed, and professional when he comes out.
Had an appointment with them today. They were supposed to show up between 1-4. When I called they said they were running late and it would be around 5, but they would be there. They compeltely stood me up - total no show. Didn't even bother to call. Sat here the whole time and waited. Of course, they are now closed and you cannot get a hold of anyone - even though they advertise 24/7 service. Completely unreliable and I would go anywhere but here.
Anytime we've had a problem at my commercial location A& F water heater has been on site quickly and has resolved the issue without delay and at an affordable price. As a business owner, I appreciate top-notch service and the team at A&F has been genuinely one of my favorite companies to call for service over the years. If you have concerns with your boiler system or anything related hot water these are the guys you need to call!
A& F came out to my home because I purchased a Rheem hot water tank from Home Depot when my tank gave out. I had a man install the hot water tank for me and he said that the hot water tank was not lighting up and getting hot because the power vent didn’t work. We called the manufacturer Rheem who sent out Steve from A and F to look at the tank. My hot water tank would not light. I called A & F at 8, and I got an same day appointment. I thought I would need spend a small fortune on a new tank. Drew the technician arrive about a few hours later and did a diagnostic, found the problem. Drew was a great, he is a knowledgeable technician and he educated me on the mechanics of my hot water heater. He also pointed out a leak in the old copper water line and he repaired it.
