Alan came and changed the valve on my toilet. He had to come back twice as the first time he didn't have the correct part. After the second time, when he was at my home for about 15-20 minutes, he changed the valve, flushed the toilet and headed downstairs. I was still waiting upstairs to make sure the flush cut off. The reason I've given him one star is because after he left, which was in a rush (he was at the front door while I was still upstairs checking the flush was working), I realised the light flush is about 3 second... read more
First time we've used Alan and I was very impressed. Prompt response to our enquiry, found time to quickly come and evaluate the leaky shower...and fixed whilst he was here on his first visit. Would definitely recommend and we will use again (although hoping not to have too much need ).
Alan has done various jobs for us over the last five years, and for me, Alan is everything you would want in a plumber. He is friendly, extremely competent, responsive and charges a fair price. He has saved us a couple of times when he has come round at short notice to fix a leak (including once on New Years Eve!). He also, off his own back, offers great advice on ways to do things more efficiently (in order to make things cheaper for us). Over time Alan has helped us out with a variety of jobs, all of which we have been delighted with. He is an excellent worker, and. Very clean and tidy. Would recommend him to any one and will always use him
Mr Alan Myers turned up at the promised time and did the job quickly, professionally and at reasonable cost. He has done other plumbing jobs for us before and I have no hesitation in recommending him without reservation and will use him again if the need arises.
