Got a nail in my tire on the way to work. Expert Tire got me in and out and on my way to work on time.
Completely unprofessional and dishonest service I went to A Expert Tire & Service on Alico Rd. for a flat tire repair, and they charged me $40 in cash for a job that was absolutely worthless. They didn’t even clean the inside of the tire before applying the hot patch — the inside was full of dirt, and the patch was never properly attached. It was completely loose and ineffective. Well, I'll give a full review once the work is done; but we are off to a good start.Dropped by to get tires done quick...not only will they have them done quickly, but Jason gave me a ride home...that's customer service !!! Nice to see businesses go that extra mile
Real customer service and professional! An employee lent us a spare tire off of his own vehicle! Because we had a cracked rim and needed to get a new one told us to bring it back as soon as we do! How many places would do that these days with any of the big tire stores like Firestone do this no way!
