In spite of a busy holiday schedule, A+Electric worked us into their schedule. The technician arrived on time, and worked fast. The work was completed very much to our satisfaction. Their very friendly phone receptionist is exceptionally helpful. I look forward to using this company for future needs as well.
What an amazing experience! The electricians arrived on time and well prepared. They did a clean installation which looks great. The price was very fair. Everyone I talked to at this company was respectful and professional. Their communication and follow up is exceptional. I highly recommend them for any job you need!
Bad customer service and not keeping timelines. I was able to obtain a quote without too much trouble; however, when I scheduled the actual work to be done, the best the electrician would tell me was the week (not the day or time) of when he and the crew would come. When the scheduled week came, there was no updates or follow-up of any kind. They guys were very kind and respectful. They have fair pricing and quality work which you don't find anymore. They showed up on time answered every question. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone who needs any eletrical help with their home or businesses. I'm so excited to work with them in the future. We had all of the outlets in our nursery, office, and master bedroom stop working. Given that our triplets and my work were impacted, they were right over to fix the issue and restore power! Excellent service and professional employees! A+ is right!
