My grandma used this business a couple of months ago. Jim, the owner, apparently thinks it’s alright to run a business in a shady, completely unethical manner. Seems like it’s pretty par for the course based on these other reviews, but here’s the gist. Jim told my grandmother that she would have her car within a week. After a week, no sign of her car. My mom recently used this service and it was horrible. He said the car would be delivered on a certain date. That day came and went..over a week of unreturned phone calls my mom finally got in touch and he SAID HE NEEDED MORE MONEY. Keeping in mind he,(Jim) is now keeping my mom's car hostage! We finally got the car back but not after much stress and reporting to police.. This company takes advantage of people and should not be in business. I will continue to report them to the BBB.

We paid months in advance for transport service to get our car to Florida. He didn't show up. When we finally got him, we were told "the truck broke", the next day "the truck is fixed".. "the truck broke." etc. When asked, quote, "I don't have a crystal ball, get another shipper--I will refund your money".. No word, no reply from answering machine and NO REFUND.. We're out at least $750! Would not recommend this shipper.

We needed to ship a car last minute to the west coast. We contacted A Economy since they were the first to pop up on Google. They were very acommodating, and the guy on the phone was very helpful The car showed up in less time then quoted and the whole process was flawless. Highly Recommend.
