They don’t pay their bills. They skip out on a $1500 bill and refuse to answer the phones or email. I would not do business with or for them unless you don’t want to get paid. I’m not sure how you could do that to a small, family owned business. Especially in times like this.
They were the only shop that would take my food truck when the rear differential failed. Eli was willing to work with me to find a solution. We decided to get a part off eBay that I found and when it was 90% correct, he let me know the risks and gave me options. In the end; it was well worth heeding his advice and the truck is back on the road. They are good, honest mechanics that don’t shy away from a challenge. Will use again but hopefully not for a long time.
The best, very happy with their superior quality work. Would highly recommend. From now on my first choice. Rock-on A&E.
