While crossing Vail Pass on I-70 going towards Denver, chain up was enforced. One of my 4 chains exploded and tore a chunk out of the side wall of my tire…… the tire still held air so I made it to Denver fine, but Denver was only a quarter into my trip. We got a hold of Purcell and they told me to come on in. They were very Professional and quick with the tire change. I was in and out in probably an hour. Have aa Ram 5500 with a 22 Dynamx box on it. Since new, steering wheel not straight and kinda followed groove etc on highway. Then outside of both fronts started showing wear (11K miles) took to them and I could tell a difference within 2 blocks of leaving their facility. Now I do not always have to two hand the steering wheel and it will be a pure joy to go the next 11K miles. WELL DONE!!!!
