You need to schedule an appointment to have keys made. Nothing on their website to say you have to schedule an appointment. Ridiculous to have to drive there to have keys made and find all this out.
I dropped a key off two weeks ago to have a copy made. Their store front is never opened so you have to make an appointment. I get back from vacation, call the number. The gal on the other end of the line says the key isn't done. 2 weeks and the key isn't done. She snapped and said, "It's not on my list of priorities! Take it somewhere else!" I told her I'd be right there to pick up me key. Called the number, went to voice mail. I don't complain about things. But this was very rude and unprofessional.
Horrible customer service from Michael Ellsberry. No response from texts or voicemail. I have been waiting for a refund for a discontinued product for over two months now.
Hours of operation mean nothing. Showed up at 5:10 and apparently to even cut a car key you have to have an appointment and no one was even there
The new Lutron system we had installed by Mike and his team is a dream come true. Don’t know how we can ever go back to basic switches again. Thank you Mike for spoiling us LoL
