I'd give them 6 stars if that were an option. They are an excellent business, and they go even beyond that in customer service. Jeremy spent an hour and half with me on the phone just on one issue while setting up my copier, not to mention all of the other times when he made himself available for a consult. If you have the opportunity to do business with them, you'll thank yourself later.

Well I thought I left them a review. If I did here is a update. They rock! Andy sells good used machines and toner. I have had my machine for about 2 years. I get my toner here too. I could save a few nickles and dimes online but online can not beat good old genuine customer service. Thank you
