THANK YOU! I called and you came the next day. With frozen pipes and a cracked joint which occurred overnite, you came in and out in an hour and a half and everything was back to normal! Thank you also for the suggestions you gave me to help keeping my basement warm. I will be calling again when the bathroom needs help.
Called to schedule service to have a fridge and ice maker hooked up. They said they were too busy with “bigger jobs” and they’d call “if” they could get to it. I know the guys are hard workers but the customer service leaves something to be desired. We scheduled with Androc instead for service the same week.
I could find something negative to say...who am I kidding, no I couldn't, Benny and his son Benjamin are excellent to work with, I will always reach out to them and will always recommend their services to others. Upstanding, down to earth knowledge guys with reasonable rates.
