Edit: my bad not Jessica, Jennifer. You can also see the name on the attached photo! I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service experience I had with this company. When I initially contacted them, it was because our freezer had stopped working, leading us to remove everything as it defrosted and unplugging so it wouldn’t drain the electricity power. A&E is our first call when we need repairs at Jeanie's Restaurant. They're quick to respond and the technicians usually explain exactly what's going on. Shannon in the office is really friendly and helpful too!
I would not recommend A&E for anything. They sent a man out to check my 3-month-old refrigerator. He was very incompetent. Refused to look at the bottom of the door where the air is getting under the door. He said there's nothing wrong with a little water dripping down there period he was very obnoxious and rude. There is another company that is supposed to come out from Bartlesville it has been a nightmare trying to get this issue resolved
As long time customers of restaurant equipment specialist, we have switched to A & E for all our maintance and repairs. Their responsiveness, professionalism and rates are far superior. Aviary Cafe is a proud customer of A & E!
We've had them come out to the Springfield KOA a few times to work on our pizza ovens. They are friendly and professional and get the job done in a timely manner. We will continue to have them service our equipment.
