They installed a York furnace 6 years ago with 10 year parts & labour warranty. Now it needs a new heat exchanger but they didn't send in the paperwork so I have NO coverage. They won't honour the warranty and they won't return my calls. Very BAD people!

My furnace was acting up and I called A & E HVAC. They were able to come and diagnose the issue quickly, helped me save money and had it back up and running better than ever. Definitely recommend!
I have been a subcontractor for them for many years, and they are very professional, punctual, and a pleasure to work beside.
