My father's funeral service was absolutely disgraceful. They put my father's casket on the ground, did not provide us with chairs or a tent for the graveside service, which was included in the contract, Arty was absolutely rude, intoxicated, and impersonal. Not to mention a chapel so small with no COVID precaution in place. I would never recommend their services to anyone!!
Not as professional as they used to be. Get ready to be treated badly if you don't have insurance. We had insurance and one of the Grier family members was disrespectful. The drivers were very courteous. However if you are member of the Grier family it seems like you would apologize instead of saying it's not my job.
