Problems from the word go the car was in the garage more times than I actually drove it. One problem led to another, dangerous to drive 4 recoveries and 3 garage visits ,the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on ,trying to claim is joke. The recovery is the only blessing ..STAY CLEAR OF THEM I wished I walked away sooner I lost my part exchange and lots of money with the shower, an absolute disgrace the trading standards are dealing with it now !!
Well, today was not what I expected. Giving an 1 star is nice of me, And I feel so ashamed to be even writing this, but I have to warn other customers now after this. I urge anyone NOT to buy from this garage no matter how desperate you are for a car. We was one of those desperate people who needed a car to get to and from hospital appointments so we unfortunately chose a&e cars. STAY AWAY. Got a zafira stated no previous collisions to later find out it has had a front end accident witch resulted in me replacing both radiators also now the car has being paid of for 5 month I'm trying to get the log book and key that I was promised once the car was paid and now everybody I ring about this I'm told it's not down to them. As well as other problems I have had to sort myself to allow my family to be safe
