I am a little late on my review. I have been meaning to do this for a few weeks. A&E CARTER Funeral Home was absolutely amazing. My boys father passed away suddenly at the age of 39. I had no idea what I was doing. Couldn’t believe I couldn’t think from minute to minute. Didn’t know all the questions to even ask. We have used Adam Carter for two of our relatives and he made the experience so easy and comforting. He responded well with us, provided professional service, and gave us death certificates in a timely manner. Could not ask for a better experience.

We ordered a $100.00 live plant from the AE Carter Funeral Home. We’re from out of state and I’m pretty sure they thought we would never see the arrangement. When we saw it at the funeral home we were shocked to see that it looked nothing like the online picture. This looked more like a $20.00 plant from Home Depot. Very small and very sparse. Do not order directly from AE Carter. Use a reputable florist. Very disappointed with AE Carter.

They have gone above their job in the loss of my Jim. I have called so many times to ask questions and they gave me their time to answer them, and I mean alot of calls to them. They made me fill like part of their family. God gave them the grace to be able to hold families to their heart. I will always be grateful to all the staff and adam.
