Very rude and hateful staff, except for Faith. Faith was very professional and a pleasure to talk to. AEC staff lies and states to me that they only sell to "governmental agencies" and fire departments ONLY, yet Faith stated otherwise and sent me a credit application. Their business practice leaves something to be desired and I encourage anyone to look elsewhere. I would NOT recommend AEC to anyone. I intend to follow my complaint process all the way to The Federal Trade Commission, BBB, IL Attorney General and many others.
