While I did have to wait an hour after my appointment time to see this doctor, I walked away feeling heard, validated, and ready for my next step. Patient, listens well, takes the time to explain everything until she knows you've fully understood and are satisfied with her response. Perhaps this is why my wait time was so long! I've been to specialists that have made me wait twice or even three times as long for dismissive, annoyed, and rushed care. I don't mind a long wait if I get great care.
Tried other Allergists and she has been by far the best one.
I went to her suffering from multiple allergens that were confirmed by skin tests and a blood work that flagged High IgE. She refused to give me my detailed report and didn't send it to my family doctor as she promised. She only wrote a messy and unprofessional letter, that nobody needs, partly describing my problems. I've qualified the service of the assistant with low quality in the past. However, in my last 2 visits, I've noticed and have to say her quality of service has improved a lot, both in person and over the phone and I believe if someone works hard on something, it is worth recognizing it. Extremely rude staff. Dr. Briggs ASSISTANT, an Asian lady, is harassing me every time I have to talk to her. She is yelling and yelling. Once she needs to do something, she makes mistakes and always accuses someone else. She is super UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. Think twice before coming here.
