I have been going to this shop for nearly 20 years because as a single female it's difficult finding mechanics that not only have integrity but also take the time to educate you on repairs/services you may need. Ed and Chris provide outstanding customer service. After visiting numerous automotive shops on the peninsula for routine maintenance, we no longer have to keep looking. Quality work, fair prices, honest feedback, and excellent customer service is what you will find at this veteran-owned small business. And, if you need your vehicle serviced right away, Ed, the owner, will do his best to accommodate you. The best time to arrive is right when they open their doors. Only 15 mins. from Ft. Eustis and 20 mins. from Langley AFB!
Ed and his team can fix anything at a fair price. He give practical and profession service and can be depended on to give an honest and fair price.
I have been going to Ed (mechanic)for years he is very honest affordable and just a nice he also will work with u as far as a payment plan and since he has know our family for awhile he doesn't always make us pay full price like the other day we had our car towed to him and he didn't charge us for labor so I really recommend him to everyone as their main mechanic
