These folks are awesome from the on-site visit and proposal by Andrew (the owner) to Zach "the arborist" and crew who came to do the actual work on our 9 Redwoods. All our questions were addressed promptly from the office communications, and we even received a confirmation call the day before. The crew of 4 showed as promised at 7:15 a.m. (Zach and a ground crew of 3), and disposed of all trimmings, raked and then blowed everything clean as they finished 4 hours later.
