A&E AH has been really wonderful to our dog and cat. My dog is very nervous, and A&E staff have been great at creating the best experience our girl can have. Very kind and sweet staff!
Dr Hartman is my vet. I'm new to the area, and my last vet was hard to beat. Dr H at A&E is perfect for my family. So gentle, kind, deliberate, takes his time, remembers you from the last time ... Just amazing. This clinic is really easy to work with. It's a breeze to make an appointment. It's extraordinarily clean. The front staff is delightful. Overall I could not be happier.
I used A&E while I was a vet student in Urbana and loved them! They were easy to contact & schedule appointments, and my cat was handled with compassion & care here. I thought their prices were reasonable, which is great if you're a student.
