Do not bring your plane here. Bob is not to be trusted with your repairs. Super sketchy, constant lies, constant missed deadlines. Brought an engine to him for an AD compliance check and now after collecting the pieces of my engine 8 months later I am going to have to complete a complete overhaul because I cannot trust any work that he did complete. Typical no-frills shop. A little dirty, but it is a mechanics' place. Price is fair.
He had his A&P license revoked in August of 2025 by the FAA. I had the engine at his place for over a year. He barely did any work. I had to take it and all the parts from him. Lost $12,000. I paid up front. Stay away. He lies without remorse.
Would not recommend. Parts were missing once 'returned' and work that was completed was not documented.
