Rude, belittles me as a women and treats me like I'm unintelligent. I had to bring my van in three times, for the same issue and still end up paying to get it fixed a final time the correct way. In a shop up in Oskaloosa. Also over tightened my lug nuts and then made me pay $60 to cut the same one off... Won't be back.
