Had hired them to clear the kitchen drain, they couldn’t fully clear it and I was told that the lines are damaged and will need to be replaced. Decided to hire someone else, who properly diagnosed the issue, totally ruled out any damaged lines and promptly resolved it.

Maybe don’t drive recklessly when using your company truck. You’re giving your company a bad image. Seems like some people experienced it too before just by looking at the other reviews.

Had a blockage in the pipes, called Drain Doctor and they were out the next morning. The young man who came was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He didn't mind me watching what he was doing and explained everything in a way I could understand and answered all my questions so I could know what the issue was. Because of him I will definitely use Drain Doctor again and recommend them to others. Also price was great less then other companies that I called.

Made an appointment at 9am, waited 2 hours showed up at 8pm. Yes 8pm. Snaked the drain, drain still clogged. Charged $170.00. No remorse. I gave them the chance, they just wanted my CC number. Classic Winnipeg con job.
