Had a blockage in the pipes, called Drain Doctor and they were out the next morning. The young man who came was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He didn't mind me watching what he was doing and explained everything in a way I could understand and answered all my questions so I could know what the issue was. Because of him I will definitely use Drain Doctor again and recommend them to others. Also price was great less then other companies that I called.
Made an appointment at 9am, waited 2 hours showed up at 8pm. Yes 8pm. Snaked the drain, drain still clogged. Charged $170.00. No remorse. I gave them the chance, they just wanted my CC number. Classic Winnipeg con job.
We had a problem with our main line, we called them in and they came same day rotor routered out the main line,and fixed the problem. If I had any more issues I would definitely call them again
I had a clogged Kitchen sink & Drain Doctor had a Technician over within a few hours. He was Very professional and knowledgeable . Had the sink unclogged & running in short amount of time. I’m very Satisfied & I Highly Recommend.
