She was very flexible and easy-going with my child who needed help with testing. She allowed her service dog to be a part of the testing experience, which was a huge comfort to my young child going through the long testing process. She was always willing to give advice and help with negotiating how to best advise the school in helping my child as well. I felt she was also a great support to me as we put together a plan to best support my child, the school, and our family.
She seemed genuinely kind and nice, but was off base on a lot of things and misjudged what I was dealing with, and suggested holistic treatments that I wasn’t comfortable with.
