Terrible service and zero communication! I waited over three weeks for my car to be repaired and not once did anyone from this shop bother to call me with an update. Today, I called to ask what was going on, and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. She told me the delay was because there were no courtesy cars available — but why was I never informed of this in the first place?
