Mark was referred to me by Fleetwood to repair some window panes that were under warrantee for the glass but not the labor. He was the only person that Fleetwood could get to come replace my panes, and he basically knew it so he gouged me on the labor. People like Mark are the lowest bottom feeders of the business world, taking advantage of people when they are in need.
