Very nice guy! Joe came out and answered all of our questions and made our options clear! We were pleased with his knowledge and punctuality. Highly recommend.
Their website clearly states that they service residential elevators. When I called to ask if they serviced residential elevators in Northbrook, I didn’t even get through this sentence before the man who answered the phone rudely interrupted me and said no we do not. If they don’t service residential elevators then perhaps they should take it off their website.
Joe Donahue, the owner, is courteous, extremely thorough, and very knowledgeable. He went over an above to solve our home elevator issue on a house we recently purchased. Will definitely use Donahue for any future repairs.
