Stopped at A Dong around 2 PM on a Monday and it was still surprisingly busy. The dining room was clean and pleasant, although the restroom could use some attention. Service was efficient but could have been a little more attentive during the meal. I ordered pho with brisket, meatballs, and raw beef along with the Vietnamese egg rolls.
