Always a wonderful grooming experience. Melinda is great with our little Keeshond girl. Highly recommend the very caring and friendly staff at It's a Dog's Life.
Nice people, facilities are very filthy. Used self dog wash wasn't clean to begin with. Grooming brushes not sanitized, dog hair still in them, dog hair on the leads for the tub and table, dog hair on aprons, tub wasnt clean, grooming table not wiped down, floors and walls dirty. Towards end of my visit, employee came in and started cleaning. The hair my dog left was everywhere. Couldn't be helped. Employee was very kind about it. Hilda did an amazing job with our golden retriever. She gave him a great haircut and you can tell that she took her time brushing out his thick undercoat. He seemed to like her as well! Thanks Hilda!
