I am not a happy camper this time. I ordered nail clip for one of my dogs, it was charged but not done. This time I had to either pay for the meals separately or buy a bag of food for my two dogs (this is new). Last time I used this place for onboarding of my pet, the food was included on the onboarding fee. I also paid for a bed, so my dogs have a cushion inside the kennel. Unfortunately, this happened last time I traveled to Dallas and left him at the #DogHousePetSalon. I ended up having to take Bentley to the pet emergency room the night after I picked him up during the evening due to his eye being "scratched". I also was stuck with the bill of $196 after the dog house pet salon would not take responsibility and pay the bill after this injury took place while Bentley was under their care.
