I was so fortunate to find Yvonne when my regular Groomer broke her arm and was unable to continue her job. She is a 'gift from heaven'! Extremely professional in every way, she put my two Havanese Boys, 'Maxx and Mickie' at complete ease - and she put their 'nervous Mommie' at ease too! Their haircuts are fabulous and their 'spa day' was most enjoyable for them! We highly recommend her! Thank you Yvonne! We are delighted to now be part of your family!
YVONNE IS UNDOUBTEDLY THE BEST GROOMER, MOST COMPASSIONATE, CARING WOMAN YOU WILL EVER MEET. SHE MAKES EVEN THE MOST NERVOUS FUR MOM (ME) AND FUR KID FEEL AT EASE. SHE IS GENTLE AND TAKES THE TIME TO SIT WITH THE MOM TO BETTER UNDERSTAND YOUR ANXIETY AND THAT OF YOUR FURKID. I WOULD USE NO ONE ELSE. ALWAYS ON TIME AND NEVER RUSH YOU IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS WHICH I ALWAYS DO. SHE IS SO KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DOES MIND SHARING WITH YOU. MY "PENNY J" AND I LOVE YVONNE
Emma had previous bad experiences with a groomer and came to Yvonne already hating the groomer. Yvonne took time to let Emma get comfortable and never pulls at matts or knots so Emma has slowly learned to trust her. She'll never love being groomed but she always comes back in happy and giving Yvonne kisses so I know she's kind to her and takes her time. Totally worth it!!! So glad we found Yvonne!
Our dog loved to be groomed by her, she is the best groomer in Jacksonville
