I wasn't sure what I wanted when I walked in. I was fed up with the box store vacuums that didn't last very long, lost suction or the motor seized up. Tom showed us quite a few vacuums, all with different features trying to pin point what was most important in a cleaner. We walked away with a great quality Riccar vacuum at a great price. Tom was friendly and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all.

Super clean store and the owner is very nice.
My Dyson vacuum stopped working. I took it in and was told I needed a new hose, belt, etc. I thought the cost would be out of this world. I was very pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost. My vacuum cleaner works like it was brand-new! Definitely will use them again. I highly recommend this company!
