Very thorough through out the entire project. My favorite thing about ADirect, besides the knowledgeable staff, is that when I call a person actually picks up the phone every time. My kitchen renovation went flawlessly!
I needed to get my kitchen done and live local to the store. I walked in and did not know its actually a wholesale, sorta builder only place.. They hooked me up with a contactor and got the process started. My cabinets got ordered and delivered as promised - flawless process and I couldn't be happier -
If I was to start the entire process again, I would definitely choose this company to design our kitchen. My only regret is not using them for other things that we needed! We got the sink and cabinet knobs from somewhere else and it caused a bit of a hassle...I wish we got everything from A Direct!
