The staff at Dignified Alternative (Hatcher Cremations) was very professional and consoling during this time of loss. They took their time to explain everything in depth and constantly asked if we had any questions about the process. They actually took several calls from us a couple days after the fact and were very helpful in getting the answers we needed. From our first interaction, we were met with empathy, a clear explanation of the costs, and a thorough understanding of the process. As someone experienced with traditional funeral arrangements, the mystery and apprehension of something new were allayed by the Hatcher team.
