Walked us through the process patiently answering all of our questions. The urn was beautiful and we felt that Hatcher’s took their time with us and showed care and compassion. The pricing was fair and took the worry of expense off the table. I would recommend their service and would most definitely use them again.
In 2023 my dad passed and I used Hatcher Cremations, and I had a wonderful experience. I bought the most beautiful urn for my daddy. 2 years later, I lost my mom. On 4/24/25 mom lost her battle to cancer. I wanted the same experience and level of professionalism and grace. I was so lucky they still had the same urn for mom. The people who work there are first class. They are compassionate, kind and caring. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my mom and dad.
Since 2013, we have used Hatcher Cremation probably 6 times, and have lost 10 family members since then. They have always been very professional and compassionate every time we have used them. We lost my brother in August and just lost my sister April 7th. Regardless of the fact that we seem to be a "frequent flyer", which is a club no one wants to be a part of, with all the times we have used them, if the need arises again, we will definitely use them again. Thanks for everything you folks have done to help us.
