Great team, made my stress melt away. With wedding destinations a lot of the planning has to wait til the last few months due to communications with the resort, nicole and her team were there for us around every corner, for months, reassuring us and planning every last detail. Great communication and organization, we even got their help planning a bachelor fishing trip! Knowledgeable and kind, highly reccomend! Shout to sandos eco resort aswell for the BEST wedding venue EVER.
We just returned from our wedding and honeymoon at the Melia Caribe Beach Resort in Punta Cana and it was an absolute dream come true. We cannot thank Nicole, Cara and Tori enough for all their hard work that went into planning our big day. I was in a wedding party that used this travel agency. They were always very quick at replying to emails and sorting things out. However, when we got to the resort, there was a lot of misinformation and things that went wrong. Some examples were that the bridal suite was supposed to be booked and it wasn’t so we had to get ready in our rooms.
